Oracle CEO Hurd: Silicon Valley, many companies claim that the majority of AI companies are nonsense

Oracle CEO Mark Hurd told CNBC correspondent Jon Fortt on a New York Stock Exchange floor on Tuesday that while many companies claim they have an AI business, most of the time they Are nonsense.

Hurd said: "Every Silicon Valley company says they are AI companies. & rdquo;

He said that people are saying the purpose is to push up the stock price. In his opinion, this is effective, at least in some cases.

Hart said: "I think it is a fact that AI can change the way we live and work. & rdquo;

The CEO also made some comments on General Electric. He said: "Ultimately, they have some good business. I mean, some of their businesses are really good business. & rdquo;

Hart said that GE has a lot of information and data. He said: "I think they have a great opportunity to monetize these data sets. & rdquo;
